9. We deal lawfully and fairly with government agencies, customers, partners and suppliers


AGR conduct its business in such a way that government agencies, customers, partners and suppliers can have trust in us. We expect them to adhere to similar ethical standards to those we have adopted in this policy.
  • We are truthful in reporting information and in negotiations

  • We protect the property of AGR, governments and the wider community

  • We ensure that our consultants and other partners meet our ethical and business conduct standards

  • We do not receive bribes or any other forms of gifts which are deemed to be above a token value

  • We do not pay bribes or make improper payments

  • We do not pay bribes or “kickbacks” to Government agencies, employees or officials directly or through intermediaries

  • We take special care in appointing sales representatives, distributors, consultants, lobbyists and intermediaries

  • We comply with all export control laws

  • We comply with customs laws and regulations relating to the importation of products in all countries in which we operate
