AggreVator & SeaVac

The AggreVator is a remotely operated medium scale materials placement system designed to fill the gap between mainline rock dump and fall pipe vessels and diver placement systems.

The SeaVac is a remotely operated dredge pump. Both units are designed to be deployed using the SeaVator 150 unit and handling system, but can also be deployed by vessel crane as a stand alone system.

The AggreVator system uses a mixer hopper on deck so that materials can be mixed with seawater and pumped to a diffuser head located under that SeaVatror. The system is powered by a 600hp pump spread. The SeaVator sonar and video cameras are used to position and control dumping. The system requires approximately 50m2 deck space and has a total weight of 25 tonnes.

The SeaVac dredge system is powered by a 600hp pump spread. The 300mm dredge head is deployed up to 10m below the SeaVator and is operated remotely using the sonar and video camera monitoring systems on the unit. The system requires approximately 35m2 of deck space and has a total weight of 20 tonnes.
