The Board of Directors has adopted this Corporate Governance Policy to reflect the Company’s commitment to good corporate governance.

AGR Group’s Corporate Governance Policy is based on the Norwegian guidelines on Corporate Governance, and shall establish a basis for good corporate governance, profitability, including long-term profitability for the shareholders.
