Disclosure and transparency

AGR shall have an information policy that contributes to building and maintaining trust among its key stakeholders. The Company shall at all times provide its shareholders, Oslo Børs and the financial markets generally (through Oslo Børs’ information system) with timely and accurate information.

The Company shall maintain an open and proactive investor relations policy, a best-practice website and shall give presentations regularly in connection with annual and interim results. AGR shall disclose insider information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
