Remuneration to management

Salaries and other benefits to the CEO of AGR shall be determined and approved by the Board in a meeting. The Board shall adopt guidelines for the remuneration to the Group management. The CEO determines the salary and the other benefits to the other members of the Group management according to such guidelines.

The scope of any option schemes and allotment of shares shall be subject to pre-approval by the General Meeting.
