Remuneration to the members of the board

As a main rule the members of the Board, or companies to which they are associated, shall not accept other appointments or engagements for the Company. In such event, all the members of the Board shall be informed and any remuneration shall be approved by the Board. The members of the Board shall be encouraged to own shares in the Company.
