Responsibilities of the board

The Board shall consider and decide the Company’s budget and strategy annually. The Board shall ensure that the Company has a good management with clear internal allocation of tasks and responsibilities. The Board shall make sure that the Company conducts its business in a way that is consistent with its ethical standards and guidelines.
