Pumped Excavation

AGR can supply two distinct types of dredge pumps for specific requirements. These products become essential additions when highly accurate excavation is required or where access is limited or complex.

DiscFlo Pumps
DiscFlo dredge pumps can be used for applications in which the discharge zone is a significant distance from the suction or pump skid.

DiscFlo pumps offer an extremely high flow-through area and undergo minimal wear whilst running.

Ease of deployment is another massive advantage due to ROV friendly connections and a 'fit for purpose' Umbilical Hook and deck footprint is minimal.

Ejector Pumps
AGR Ejector Pumps are perfectly suited to cases involving sediment which contains a high level of debris. Due to the nature of design they are very robust (comprising no moving parts) and as with the DiscFlo Pumps, have a minimal deck requirement.

Deployment is easy using AGR's dedicated launch and recovery system (L.A.R.S.) or a standard umbilical winch and using suction hoses of up to 14", rocks of 8" diameter can be removed.

Uniquely, AGR Subsea Ltd can provide a dual purpose (DiscFlow and Ejector) pump skid which can be deployed from a single L.A.R.S.

This choice of technologies results in the maximum chance of success by offering both choice and versatility.
