Project Management & Engineering

Project Management & Engineering is a division of AGR Field Operations. It provides services to operating companies that enables these companies to cost-effectively manage their projects as and when these projects arise.  AGR provides engineering services from feasibility analyses to detailed engineering to construction management.

Our project management service includes the control of engineering,  change management, QA/QC, HSE, cost and schedule control, materials logistics and inventory management, document control, contract management and construction supervision.  AGR utilises the latest Project Management Systems that are well proven and able to be interfaced with clients’ accounting systems for total open book management.  Our project team members are either seconded into the client or contracted on an as needed basis.  AGR manages many multi-skilled project demands and are thus able to apply discipline engineers and managers in accordance with the project requirements, so that the team is needs based, not resource based.  This gives AGR the ability to keep project management teams very cost competitive.  Operating companies can then avoid high HR costs associated with full time employment of the project team.

AGR manages many types of projects including offshore and onshore oil and gas projects, CBM projects, geothermal projects, CSG projects, geosequestration projects and similar infrastructure related tasks utilizing our team of managers and engineers, acting as the “Operator’s operator”.  AGR is an independent entity that does not rely on anything other than customer satisfaction for its business vision.
