Field Management Services
Our core strength lies in the ability to combine subsurface knowledge with advanced well technology, subsea and facilities competence, field development experience, risk and uncertainty management and an overarching commercial awareness.

The Field Management division applies these skills to support our clients from the earliest considerations during acreage evaluation but mostly to field development activities including:
- Feasibility Studies – early phase screening to determine that there is at least one commercial development option
- Concept Selection – choosing the preferred development option
- FEED Studies (Front End Engineering Design) – preparing for execution
- Execution - implementation and management of total subsea tie-back field development projects
- Production – managing the reservoir, wells and facilities throughout the producing lifetime in close cooperation with AGR Field Operations.
Field Management is an independent service provider focusing on adding value through integrated teams, efficient technical solutions and new business models.
Our aim is to:
- Achieve optimum field development solutions for our clients
- Assist companies in the efficient and safe commercialisation of hydrocarbon resources, using leading edge technologies and world-class processes
- Focus at an early stage on interaction between reservoir modelling, drilling and production strategy
- Promote highly skilled and experienced teams which integrate our subsurface, well construction, drilling operations, production system, risk and economics competences
- Provide an economic and commercial view of the investment opportunity
- Deliver safe management and execution of subsea tie-back projects
- Take advantage of the market players and competitive bidding when selecting subsea equipment, obtaining the best solution for our clients.
Our typical clients would be new generation oil companies looking to develop opportunities but we also view these services as applicable to larger companies in their effort in developing the more marginal prospects.
