The right competence is the key to success in this industry. AGR Reservoir Management can offer unique services thanks to a broad variety of skills and range of competences. Our employees have up to 30 years’ experience in the business, many with a background in oil companies. Due to our size we can put together teams tailor-made to any subsurface challenges in the petroleum business.

Trained multi-disciplinary teams
We are experienced in building multi-disciplinary teams and our staff is trained to work in teams. Most of the time we are working in-house but we can arrange teams together with client’s personnel. We have a culture where staff challenge and coach each other in an ongoing process.

Area knowledge
Our staff has worked in all of the major hydrocarbon provinces of the world and we have a current client base of over 80 companies, ranging from oil majors, NOCs, smaller independents, financial institutions and individual investors.

On the Norwegian shelf we have been involved in studies of most fields and discoveries. Consequently we know this area very well and are well acquainted with the main challenges in the exploration and exploitation of various hydrocarbon regions. Our staff is well trained in common work processes and regulations in the Norwegian market and can guide our clients, not only by technical studies, but also by helping with asset strategy and planning.

Through TRACS the company has been working in the FSU since 1993 and has built strong technical and commercial understanding of most of the FSU regions. We have offices is Moscow and Almaty, from which most of this work is performed, supported by the UK and Norwegian bases.
