Training Services
AGR TRACS Training is focused on helping oil and service companies who are driven to improve their performance in all phases of a field’s life. Since 1992, AGR TRACS Training has provided premium technical and commercial training to the oil and gas industry. It currently offers courses in over 30 subjects. All trainers have worked for international E&P majors and are practising engineers and geoscientists with an average of more than 15 years’ experience.
AGR TRACS Training is unique in that it is dedicated to providing courses customised for and tailored to each client’s specific needs. We design and deliver training programmes using project-based exercises which will equip your staff with the technical knowledge, the business focus and the behavioural skills required to manage themselves and your business effectively. This enables the client to learn in “real time” using relevant case studies and examples.
Training is delivered in three different models:
- Specific training courses to individual companies
- Courses offered through the Nautilus Geoscience Training Alliance to corporate members of GTA
- Customised graduate induction programmes and individual courses, of up to several weeks’ duration, tailored to meet a company’s specific training needs and incorporating its propriety case histories
