The company is focussed on reviewing projects in detail to define objectives and then assembles a quality team that can effectively carry out the identified work scope to ensure the project is planned and executed correctly.
We believe that the planning phase of any project offers the maximum potential for realising overall project value. The following figure is well understood by the industry.
The critical steps to a successful project are built into our processes and include:

To govern drilling project management, AGR Petroleum Services has proven procedures within a Management System accredited to ISO 9001:2000; the ‘Well Delivery Process’ (WDP).
All technical work carried out by AGR Petroleum Services will follow these procedures as they are applicable to the specific project. The key procedures utilised are summarised below under “Procedures”.
