The majority of AGR’s business activities cover planning and execution of drilling operations on behalf of our Clients. The impact of drilling operations is not covered by the Report, although the revenue generated by these activities is included. AGR acts as advisor of technical and environmental solutions for the projects but is not the final decision maker.
AGR's Sustainability Report covers only legal entities where AGR holds the majority of the shares (> 50%) and by that is in control of the priorities and decisions met in these companies.
AGR is a service company to the oil and gas industry, owning no assets or production facilities.
AGR have not employed an external agency or organisation to audit the Sustainability Report. To select the content for inclusion in the Sustainability Report, we have used the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Reporting Principles of materiality, sustainability context, stakeholder inclusiveness and completeness at a self-declared GRI Applicant Level C. The Applicant Level is assessed annually.
