Restating of Q2 2008 results with positive EBITDA effect of NOK 35 million

A current review of the financial status in AGR Peak Group has revealed incorrect accounting treatment related to Q2 2008. The Board of AGR Group ASA decided on 30th September 2008 that the consolidated results for the second quarter ended June 30 2008, will be restated with a positive EBITDA effect of NOK 35 million.
