AGR Group Appoints new Group Financial Controller

Norway based oil services provider AGR Group (OSE:AGR) announced today it has appointed Mr. Jostein Wasland as Group Financial Controller.

Mr. Wasland currently works at NCC Construction AS as Finance Controller, where he has worked since September 2001. In his new position at AGR Group Mr. Wasland will report to AGR Group’s recently announced new CFO Mr. Svein Sollund.

Mr. Wasland holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration and an MBA as well as being a Certified European Financial Analyst. Mr. Wasland will commence with AGR Group on 2 January 2008.
