Additional wells added to WilCraft campaign in Australian waters

As a result of additional client well commitment to AGR, AGR Group has exercised an option to extend their current contract with Awilco to drill an additional three (3) wells with the WilCraft jack-up rig in Australian waters.
The WilCraft is contracted to AGR Group for 13 wells, with options for 11 additional wells, up to a maximum of 24 wells not exceeding a total period of 24 months.
The exercise of this option means AGR Group has now contracted the WilCraft for a total of 16 wells, with options remaining for a further 8 wells.
AGR Group commenced management of Wilcraft operations on 23 March 2007 and to date has drilled 8 wells for 5 clients with the rig.
