Decommissioning & P&A

From planning to execution – combining Ross Offshore’s marine operations heritage with the wells, subsurface, engineering and project delivery expertise of AGR, ABL and Longitude – proven in vessel-based wellhead severance on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. Safe, efficient, compliant programmes.

Subsea Construction Support

Building on our marine operations base to deliver trenching, rock installation, anchor solutions and offshore cable operations – with integrated group engineering and assurance – for offshore wind, interconnectors and data infrastructure.

Our Approach: One point of contact.
Fit-for-purpose vessels and specialists

Our asset-light model gives clients the operational flexibility to match vessels and tool packages to the scope — from rig moves to survey and subsea operations.

Combining Ross Offshore’s marine and subsea delivery experience with the multidisciplined upstream, offshore energy and geoscience expertise of AGR, we are able to provide clients with a single point of contact, bringing complex offshore scopes under one project management structure and enabling simpler communication and reporting streams.

We also understand that a successful marine and subsea construction project is one that delivers results for the long-term, and therefore, should be delivered as responsibly as possible with the surrounding environment in mind. As such, we are committed to supporting you in delivering your project so that it is sustainable and environmentally-compliant. We do this through responsible material handling, robust documentation, and well-defined operational practices designed to reduce environmental risk.

Safety and HSEQ: the first
requirement of every scope

Safety is not a differentiator we claim; it is a condition we evidence. Ross Offshore operates under a certified management system with ISO 9001:2015 (approval 00006691), ISO 14001:2015 (approval 00006690) and ISO 45001:2018 (approval 00047497), held via AGR. HSEQ runs through the mandate model itself: vessels and crews are vetted before they enter our portfolio, every scope is planned with structured risk identification and mitigation, and stop-work authority applies to everyone on our operations.

Specialised offshore vessels for challenging subsea tasks

We understand in any marine and subsea operation, the vessel capability and type can make or break a project. No two operations are the same and all are impacted by a wide variety of variables – environmental, meteorological, logistical and commercial. Therefore, we have built an asset-light model with a series of vessels under management mandates – enabling us to select and charter the right vessels, assets and expertise for each project, without being tied to an owned fleet.

Where Experience Meets Expertise: Strength through Aqualis

Ross Offshore’s heritage in marine operational delivery and reputation in the North Sea, is further complemented by the multidisciplined technical expertise of our sister companies, as part of the global group of technical consultancies – Aqualis.
