Electronic Engineer - AGR CannSeal

CannSeal™ is a company within the AGR group. Its portfolio covers developing and implementing a new technology called CannSeal™ which is specially developed for annular isolation. CannSeal™ is run on a standard electrical mono-conductor cable, and provides a durable seal after being injected and placed at the predefined location. The tool was run for the first time in a well in September/October 2012 in the USA and the prospects for future promise a steady growth in operation projects.

Come and join the innovative team as an Electronic Engineer. 

Main responsibilities
  • Assist in assembly of the CannSeal well intervention tool system, included both mechanical and electronic assembly, wiring and soldering of components and systems.
  • Work out and revise documentation
  • Faultfinding and repairing of incoming tools and preparation of tools for sending to new locations
  • Electrical and Electronic assistance related to test equipment
  • Actively participating in the development and continuous strengthening of the AGR brand
The position reports to the AGR CannSeal electrical/electronic Supervisor. 
Qualification requirements
  • Engineering or Technical education
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Solutions oriented with a ‘can do’ approach
  • Ability to work in a hectic environment
Job specific requirements
The candidate must be prepared for onshore and offshore related work in connection with CannSeal well operations.
