Description
CannSeal™ is a company within the AGR group. Its portfolio covers developing and implementing a new technology called CannSeal™ which is specially developed for annular isolation. CannSeal™ is run on a standard electrical mono-conductor cable, and provides a durable seal after being injected and placed at the predefined location. The tool was run for the first time in a well in September/October 2012 in the USA and the prospects for future promise a steady growth in operation projects.

Come and join the innovative team as an Offshore Supervisor. 


Main responsibilities
  • Supervise a service crew running the CannSeal tool / operation;
  • Ensure that health and safety at work and accident prevention are continuously in focus for all employees during supervision, training and job performance. Make sure all HES safety standards are up to date and adhered to;
  • Supervise the crew so that offshore operations are always supported with sound engineering and latest technical standards;
  • Ensure/give input to technical documentation of all operational equipment, rig interfaces and operational procedures are updated and readily available;
  • Assist in onshore maintenance and tool improvements
  • Communicating/reporting with client
  • Responsible for maintenance of intervention equipment and utility offshore
  • Quality assurance / control according to the AGR CannSeal quality system, relevant AGR CannSeal procedures and client procedures.
  • Actively participating in the development and continuous strengthening of the AGR CannSeal brand
The CannSeal Offshore Supervisor will be responsible for CannSeal interventions being performed both offshore and onshore. The position reports to the AGR CannSeal Operational Supervisor onshore.
Qualification requirements
  • (Engineering or Technical education)
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the oil and gas Industry
    • Electric line Well intervention inkl. wireline tractor
  • Experience in logging and perforation operations
  • Experience in well intervention mechanical tools
  • Solutions oriented with a ‘can do’ approach
  • Ability to work in a hectic environment
  • Offshore certified
  • IWCF certified
