AGR UK Aberdeen are looking for an individual to join their IT team. They will ensure that the positive and effective working relationship we have with our internal users is continued and developed further.
The prime objective is IT Support and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to ensure that the AGR company and customer base deliverables and SLA’s are executed to the requisite quality and high standards.
They will be required to ensure all IT Policies and Procedures are followed under direction of the IT team leader/Global IT Manager.
- We are looking for an individual with a minimum HNC/HND computing related qualification and at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position.

- Key Competencies:
Able to work under pressure and deliver to exacting and demanding standards and timescales
- Required skills:
Microsoft certification (MCDST)Ability to learn Cisco, Citrix, VMWare and ICT skills
