AGR is expanding its Well Management division in Aberdeen and is seeking the highest caliber of HSE Manager to join and enhance one of the leading providers of Well Management solutions to the oil and gas industry.
HSE manager is to provide frontline HSE support and direction to management and all personnel within the UK region with primary focus on well management operations. To ensure AGR comply with all applicable legislative, industry and corporate governance. To implement industry best practice and develop AGR management systems to achieve exemplary HSE performance.
Provision of HSE guidance and direction to management and personnel with primary focus on well operations teams
Ensure AGR facilities and well management operations are compliant with applicable legislation and AGR management systems
Promote a positive safety culture and maintain visibility of HSE issues with primary focus on well operations
Preparation and participation in key Well Management project deliverables including; interfacing and emergency response arrangements, safety meetings, risk assessments and ‘DWOPs’
Provide HSE support during operational incidents and subsequent reporting and investigation
Monitor internal and supplier HSE performance in accordance with annual KPIs and Supplier Management procedures.
Recognised professional HSE qualification
Extensive knowledge of UK HSE legislative requirements, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 and UK drilling industry specific requirements
Risk assessment and incident investigation techniques
5 years well operations HSE experience in UKCS region, overseas experience beneficial
Ability to lead an incident investigation onshore or offshore using an industry recognised investigation system (E.g. Topset, Bow Tie)
Knowledge of Vessel (intervention) operations and HAZID/OP
Experience of working in an offshore environment.
