Reservoir Management team comprises 20 professionals covering the disciplines of reservoir and petroleum engineering, geophysics, geology, petrophysics, well completions and production engineering, facilities engineering and petroleum economics. The team has on average of 20 years industry experience and an impressive track record from exploration, development and production projects as well as evaluations and audits in Norway.
We are seeking a
Reservoir Engineer to join our team in the Oslo office.
Main Responsibilities
The primary role will focus on the Reservoir Engineering evaluations within the integrated teams of subsurface professionals for the in-house field development and reservoir studies.
In addition to the field and reservoir studies, AGR is heavily involved in reserves certifications and asset valuations. These teams are formed from all of the sub-surface disciplines, and the successful candidate would participate in these activities. A full understanding of reserves certification methodologies and project economics would be a strong advantage for the candidate to contribute in this area.
AGR people are generally individuals who would like to move from a constrained corporate environment to role where they are given the freedom to express their ideas and develop and nurture client relationships.
AGR has developed a series of training courses which are delivered in-house for clients. There is an opportunity for the candidate to learn and deliver some of these courses, but this is not a pre-requisite for the position.
