Our consultant manpower and recruiting business (AGR Consultancy
) in Norway is growing and we are now looking for a Consultancy Researcher to join our ambitious team in Stavanger.
The position will be part of the global Consultancy business unit and tasks will involve recruitment A – Z, gathering market intelligence, supporting existing and new clients and consultants within multidiscipline agreements and general HR and administrative related tasks.
Our Consultancy team aims to be the preferred global provider of recruitment and technical consultancy solutions to the energy industry. We have recently secured a number of multidiscipline framework agreements to the existing collaboration with the largest operators on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and experience an increased demand for our services.
As a Consultancy Researcher, you will support our Consultancy Team with finding new potential candidates for external clients as well as internal clients within the AGR global organisation and assist in administrative related tasks. You are a pro-active person who enjoy meeting new people. Our experienced recruiters work closely together as a team and will support you in growing your recruitment skills. Good Norwegian and English skills are also a prerequisite for this role.
- Source and match client prospects with consultants
- Negotiate and provide current market information on day rates, tax issues, clients, industry developments etc.
- Maintain personnel and client files
- Manage subcontractors
- Contribute in tender processes
- Support other AGR departments on internal recruitment
