AGR achieves Bronze accreditation for Supply Chain compliance
AGR's Well Management Division is celebrating a Bronze award for compliance with the UKCS Supply Chain Code of Practice!
The Supply Chain Code of Practice (SCCoP) endorsed by Oil & Gas UK and First Point Assessment Limited (FPAL) aims to reinforce supply chain practices by ranking qualifying companies according to their compliance with the Code into three grades: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
AGR has achieved compliance at various levels every year since 2009, which demonstrates continuous improvements to our process.
AGR was assessed on a variety of elements including speed of invoice payments, transparency of forward work planning and the use of standard contracts.
The compliance accreditation was presented to AGR by Oil & Gas UK Chief Executive at the annual PILOT Share Fair held in Aberdeen on 5th November 2014 at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre.
Over 1,400 delegates attended the 2014 PILOT Share Fair, which is a key event run by Oil & Gas UK, the main representative organisation for the UK offshore oil and gas industry. The event aims to help the industry plan ahead and share future work pipelines to assist in project progression and, in turn, increase recovery of the UK’s oil and gas reserves.
AGR has been involved in the PILOT Share Fair for the past seven years, informing small and medium-sized supply-chain companies of future projects and sharing market intelligence.
