AGR’s Consultancy team passes REC compliance with outstanding score

Our Consultancy division is celebrating a record high score in the UK’s Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) compliance test.

AGR's Consultancy division, which has recently marked 20 years of providing technical manpower and expertise to the global oil and gas sector, achieved a score of 98% in the professional body’s Code of Professional Practice exam.
 
Our Consultancy business unit delivers a range of integrated recruiting solutions and personnel with skills in well engineering and drilling, completions and subsurface disciplines. The team draws on years of experience and the in-depth knowledge of the energy sector.
 
Steve Combe, Regional Manager of the AGR's Consultancy UK (pictured on the left), said: “Our pass mark in 2014 was 96%, so this is a significant milestone for us that shows our commitment to continuous improvement. Since 1997, the dedicated AGR's Consultancy team has developed strong skills and knowledge of the energy industry to ensure it delivers the highest recruitment standards for our clients. It’s great to see that our hard work and high standards were recognized by REC.”
