Description
For our Client we are looking for a Well Intervention Engineer.
Qualification requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor engineer degree
10+ years relevant oilfield experience from Norway

Preferred Skills:
Offshore experience within Slickline, Wireline and Electric Line
Experience in planning and execution of pumping operations (stimulation, chemical treatments, cement squeeze)
Sub-sea Intervention experience
Onshore well planning experience
Master Engineer degree

 
Job specific requirements
Responsibilities / essential functions of the job*:
Make Intervention plans with associated program. support during operation
 
Assigned roles, responsibilities, procedures and other:
Plan upcoming interventions according to the Well Design & Delivery Process and instructions from the Supervisor Well Intervention Engineering & Planning
Estimate cost and risk of the upcoming interventions according to the WDDP (RiskIt, Cost Estimate)
Cooperate with department's Budget Cost Controller and Equipment Planner on cost and logistic matters
Prepare job specific intervention program according to WDDP (WorkIt)
Involve Contractor and initiate purchase according to established and new contracts and Company's "Supply Chain" formats
Perform "duty of care" for specific Well Intervention contracts utilizing contract management processes
Initiate the operation in cooperation with the actual platform management, offshore well intervention supervisor (WISU) and Well Intervention / P&A Rigless Superintendent
Manage and coordinate the operation onshore, including technical support, logistics, contact with suppliers and contact with the Operating Unit (OU) and in house specialists
Provide QAQC of daily reports (WellView incl. NPT time), daily support to the offshore supervisor (WISU) and be the WISU's onshore contact point in alignment with the Well Intervention / P&A Rigless Superintendent
Process and report deviations from governing Company documents (Synergi, SIN, SAP notifications etc.)
Follow up the progress in the operation according to plans and initiate corrective steps in cooperation with the WISU and Well Intervention / P&A Rigless Superintendent
Generate and distribute regular reports from the operation and ensure final reporting to the OU and well file (Job summary/ WellView, Well Barrier Schematics, WrapIt)
Champion lessons learned, knowledge sharingand continuous improvement within the Well Intervention and Completion group
