Available in meetings/ workshops in homeoffice (as agreed upon)

Formal qualifications, skills and experience requirements:
Minimum 3 years Technical high school. Senior engineer/ certified 1`st Officer, DP operator, OIM / Captain or Chief engineer first sertificate
Understanding of commercial content including plan, cost and schedule & change management
Minimum 10 years engineering & project / Offshore experience
HSEQ knowledge incl WE studies and processes,
Well experienced with riskbased management
Engineering, Construction & Commissioning Senior engineer or operational skills, E&I, Mechanical in Marine & Drilling systems
Multi trade (Black & White Discipline) experience, HSEQ, Power generation, DP and PMS, Ballast control, Fire&Gas, Escaperoutes, Helideck & Lifeboats , Cranes, LQ,Incl. Hospital, Mess & Catering , Laundry, Control room and Helideck
Drilling , wellcontrol and subsea equipment packages
3´rd party (OFE) equipment. ROVs, Wire Line, Mud Logging, Cement, RMR / MRR, Fluid & Waste management incl. ISO tanks & Skips. I/O room
Experience in construction and/or operations of Mobile Offshore Drilling units, Marine & Drilling systems.
Well experienced in New builds for NCS, PSA & NMA rules and regulations, Norsok standards and DNVLoyds Class requirements.
Offshore safety certificate / optional.
Fluent English and Norwegian
Can work both independently and in a team
Job specific requirements
Verify that the rig is in technical compliance (except outstandings identified, listed and categorized in the punch list) with the contract requirements.
Responsible for the up to date site risk register and official punchlist as refered to in the contract. Follow up all project related punchlists including Conditions of Class, Inspection reports and Authorities (NCRs)
Demonstrate commitment to HSEQ performance and full compliance with the Norwegian HSE regulations.
Participate and follow up all site related HSE activities and programs
Initiate and follow-up projects and initiatives for improved efficiency together with drilling/completion engineers and relevant rig/service providers – define improvement areas and give inputs to experience transfere report
3´rd party equipment: Prepare for and follow up / supervise preparations and execution of third party engineering, studies, installation, hook up and commissioning
Follow up upgrades and modification of systems. Ie. Fire water system, Drillers control system & casing operations, BOP 2nd Annular installation
Verification of detail design documentation incl. gapping towards latest NCS PSA & FMA rules & regulation and DNVLoyds Class requirements
Follow up status on Marine sertificates, NCR register and Application process towards NMA / Flagstate
Follow up MC status in Project Including Installation inspection reports, Punch-list and preservation.
Follow up Commissioning planning and execution
Client rep. to witness & approve commissioning and ATP execution by sign off in thetest-procedures
Prepare for and participate in WE Studies, Hazops, Barrier management process & reviews and activities and follow up
Client input / comments to operational procedures and maintenance program
Preparation for operation / PSA meetings
Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting
