Required to travel to supplier and/or other company locations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Formal qualifications, skills and experience requirements:
Minimum 10 years of drilling and well related experience – including offshore experience as drilling supervisor
Experience with dual derrick DP rig
Knowledge and experience related to subsea development well design, implementation and abandonment
Experience with horizontal drilling and completion challenges
Experience with floating drilling and subsea wellhead and BOP systems
Understanding of commercial content including plan, cost and schedule & change management
Can work both independently and in a team
Job specific requirements
Responsible for operational activities in the execution phase of the project development wells
Responsible for rig performance and follow-up including HSE&Q
Demonstrate commitment to HSEQ performance and full compliance with the Norwegian HSE regulations
Responsible for drilling supervisors offshore
Responsible for performance follow-up and focus towards drilling rig/contractors – target setting and follow-up results / KPI’s
Main owner and responsible for preparing DOP’s (detailed operating procedures for all offshore drilling & well)
Responsible for experience transfer and systems
Initiate and follow-up projects and initiatives for improved efficiency together with drilling/completion engineers and relevant rig/service providers – define improvement areas
Coordinate and lead pre-trip meetings onshore with offshore personnel and key contractors
