Qualification requirements
University degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences
Solid understanding of all the core elements within own discipline
good knowledge of the interdependencies
can manage interfaces with other disciplines 

Managment and administration of expatriate processes - experience from an oil & gas operator is preferred
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and Working Environment Act
Good understanding of the full recruitment process
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills both in Norwegian and English
Solid problem-solving and excellent decision-making skills
Sound judjement and attention to details
SAP HR and Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) literate 
Job specific requirements
Responsible for all local internal and external expat processes, both during onboarding,  assignment period and exit process
- Manage processes related to expat assignment extensions and other changes/topics during their assignment period in cooperation with HR Head Office, Expat Services and local management
- Provide guidance and support to local management and corporate HR on Norwegian employment law
- Responsible for the general onboarding process
- Responsible for onboarding for temporary staff (leased personnel) – onboarding, extension process owner including alignment with Procurement
- Participate in the recruitment process for temporary staff, contacting leasing agencies as per local management request, screening applications, and conducting interviews etc.
- General support to HR Manager, management team, staff and HR Head Office
- Ensure compliance with Working Environment Act with regards to personnel issues in collaboration with approved external HR collaborators
