Role and responsibilities
• The Cost Control Lead is responsible for the cost control function and reports to Project Control Manager in the project
• The Cost Control Lead shall ensure efficiency and compliance with the management system and best practice for developing offshore wind
• The Cost Control Lead shall be proactive and collaborate within the project control team and total project across disciplines
• Holistic understanding of the project and internal and external interfaces and stakeholders
• Participate in networks and competence development
Tasks and deliveries
• Ensure a setup of the cost control function and systems to deliver and report with quality as required for the project
• Ensure baseline updates including preparation of Project Control Basis
• Ensure preparation of monthly report
• Ensure correct and auditable project accounts
• Ensure timely cost control and all relevant reporting including forecasting and analysis
• Yearly budget updates
• Ensure contract/studies handling including invoice verification
• Support change handling
• Ensure quality in Manpower Projection Plan
• Participate in preparation of Contract Appendixes B, and D for ITT’s
• Participate in evaluation of contracts
• Handling risk associated with project control
• Contribute in verifications, audits and follow up
• Secure experience transfer
• Tools: PIMS, SAP
