AGR provides assistance in a broad range of exploration activities.
We support exploration activities covering regional play fairway analysis through prospect evaluation and well planning services. AGR also have a history of delivering successful near-field and infrastructure led exploration evaluations.

This broad skill set results in the delivery of robust interpretations grounded by experience and an understanding of the key exploration risks. Areas of historical projects span the globe from South America through Europe and Arctic, Africa, the Indian Sub-Continent, Asia and on to Australasia.

Strong integration with AGR’s other key disciplines such as Field Development Studies, A&D support and Production Engineering further strengthens and adds value to AGR’s exploration evaluations.

Multi Client Regional Studies

AGR developes Multi-Client Regional Studies (MCRS) which provide a benchmark and a toolbox for our clients aiming for a licence application on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The studies provide integrated view on the distribution of potential reservoirs, facies and their controls at basin and field scales within a stratigraphic framework. Read more here.
