Pete is a geologist and petrophysicist who has been in the oil and gas industry since 1973. He has a wealth of experience in major and independent oil companies and within the service sector. He has worked on both exploration and production projects in the North Sea, USA, Eastern Europe, Middle and Far East, Africa and Australasia. His specialities are open-hole wireline and MWD log interpretation, the quantification of facies and rock properties, and the design and construction of 3D geological and reservoir models. Pete is a visiting lecturer in Petrophysics at St Andrews University.
