Logs, Core and Reservoir Model Elements

Consider the Scale!
Once the reservoir modeller has developed a conceptual model as discussed in our previous vlog, they need to decide whether the log and core data is at a suitable scale to provide representative values of porosity and permeability.

In this vlog, our Petrophysicist Jenny shows two model elements at outcrop and integrates these with measurements' scales. Jenny suggests a workflow to follow when dealing with non-representative measurements.

Jenny is part of our Reservoir Management team and often participates also as tutor in our TRACS Training courses. For more information on the vlog, contact Jenny.
